"Avoid diabetic dept"

About: New Cross Hospital

why do healthcare professionals choose to specialise in diabetes when they so clearly show they have nothing but contempt for type 2s.

We read enough negative views in the newspapers without constantly being told at appointments how much of a drain we are on the NHS and how much our treatment is costing per month, several times throughout the appointment.

No support or encouragement and no notice or consultation about choice of treatment.
