I needed to attend A/E at the University Hospital North Staffordshire (UHNS), having dislocated my finger in a fall at the weekend. The treatment I received was excellent, professional and timely. Although at the time it was not exceptionally busy, the way I was dealt with was very organised and professional. The nurse practitioner who treated my dislocation was very competent. Thanks for such a good service.
