"blood clinic"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

A very nice new hospital but the waiting area for the blood clinic is far too small. Patients are having to wait in the corridor outside the reception area because the waiting room is not big enough.

There seems to be more space in the cafe next door and the 'meet and greet' area is twice the size, empty except for a large padded seat in the centre of the floor

Thanks for the feedback - the size of this service was specified by the NHS organisation that runs it, which happens to be the Pathology Partnership (and not us).

We will feed your comments back to them.
