"General care & treatment at UCH"

I have recently been seen in two or three different departments and clinics at UCH and would like to leave a very positive report about my treatment there, particularly apt in these days of attack on the NHS by government.

A referal from my GP to a clinic for gastric disease took four days to arrange and I was seen on a Saturday morning by a consultant.

At that same meeting with the consultant tests were arranged and I was seen within 8 days.

The tests were carried out and another, further test, scheduled for 10 days later.

The treatment was considerate, informed and altogether it was an extremely positive experience.

I cannot praise the staff, the consultants and nurses enough.

I am aware that conditions vary across the UK but nonetheless need to say that my experience at UCH was extremely good.
