"Terrible service for a private clinic!"

For a private clinic this is run like the NHS.

Always a queue at outpatient reception, they should employ more staff or have ones that are efficient.

Check takes for ever, they seem to have a very low level of trust on their patients. Always insist on taking a credit card swipe before any consultations. Regardless if you are self funding or via insurance.

Mass waiting room for all, just like the NHS and always running late, not just a few minutes but mostly half an hour or so. Why not just book fewer patients?? This is private after all and the consultants are earning around £800 per hour!

Terrible service overall, will choose an alternative clinic next time.
