"MRI and Fracture clinic"

About: Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

My daughter had a appointment on Monday 8th Feb. I was told to ring couple of days before to make sure the MRI has been sent over to the orthopaedic clinic. I got told to ring again to chase it up which I did. I don't think it's my job to make sure that scans are sent over!

Arrived for appointment to be told by consultant that MRI not clear enough were you not contacted!

No I was not now my daughter is going to have to wait for a new MRI she is in pain and been trying to get something done till the summer. This is not acceptable to leave a child in pain and the lack of communication with each other and to patients.

I'm going to have to keep ringing to make sure my daughter is not forgotten.
