"Pain Clinic visit"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

(1) map on site opposite lodges(might of been for cancer) on one way system after visitor parking stated Pain clinic Green zone level 2. Which it wasn't after a tour of the building, (2) told by information booth to take this form & sit in Area 3 until I was called. Which I did & as my time slot came and went 30 minutes after this a rude nurse said we need your form to know your here(they noticed as they were moaning to someone behind a desk & I heard my name so I looked over) after a 25 minute wait (I'm not moaning about time at all) the Doctor appeared with a face like thunder & I gather I'd interrupted their breakfast/lunch. And my "Morning" fell on deaf ears, what's wrong with you then? So I explaned the procedures iv had on a chronic condition & Beneden hospital suggested another attempt at Steriod injections. The doctor was very annoyed I didn't know who administered them (only name of hospital) then replied I'm no more intelligent than these other doctors & go back to your GP and request to see a London Hospital with a college as they would be better placed to diagnose or act on the problem. Visit lasted about 4 to 6 minutes and was a very cold attitude with very very little eye contact or even a hello or a hand shake. Maybe I'm only judging by the Beneden hospital & fawkham manor hospital standards. And don't know if my GP sent no information (had a letter from them in a folder) but I would certainly drag myself to another hospital rather than return. Sorry for spelling etc as I don't ever write complaints
