"Pleased with pharmacy"

The service at Lloyds Pharmacy (lower house lane) is excellent, they offer regular checks with all the elderly patients about their medication in a little room at the side because sometimes us old folks have to take all sorts so it gets a bit confusing! I often go in to the chemist instead of seeing my GP. One time I was confused as I’d been prescribed the same medication as always but when I opened the packet, the pill was a different colour to normal so I was worried it was the wrong one. When I went to the chemist, they explained everything to me & were really helpful. Small things like that make a difference
