"Excellent treatment"

Started here when I had to have a procedure for a bladder problem. Nurses pleasant and professional. Listened carefully to what I had to say and explained in detail. The only thing I found slightly annoying was as soon as you enter the ward, a feedback form is thrust into your hand. As you can be in the ward for sometime, maybe hours, why not wait until the patient has settled in. Getting a form so early seems a might desperate.
