"Great doctors, shame about reception staff"

I have found that the receptionists answering the phone and at the front desk are rude, impatient!

It's such a pity, as the doctors are absolutely the best.

The receptionists who I have spoken with seem to have no sensitivity, and no interest in helping me. They have been very aggressive for no reason at all.

There is one lovely receptionist who listens, tries to understand the problem and always very helpful. This makes such a difference to an ill patient who is calling in.
