I have a history of Uveitus over thirty years seeking treatment at both the Exeter and Manchester eye hospitals. I thought my recent very red eye was a recurrence of the same problem. I was seen at Accident & Emergency by a nurse practitioner who gave my eyes a very thorough examination. They assured me it was not what I though but a burst blood vessel in the eye which with an ointment would clear up very quickly. I could not have

had a more efficient treatment and I was delighted with the way in which the matter was handled , well done NHS and Wonford Hospital in particular. You have a convert and I will be rooting for you in the future.
