"First Class Treatment"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

I entered A&E at 2015 with symptoms of post surgery complications. Triage was quick and effective and I was moved immediately into an adjacent bed space for blood tests and the installation of an antibiotic drip. I was later admitted to Acute Care Ward C for an overnight stay.

Throughout the treatment all the medical staff were unfailingly kind and considerate although obviously hard pressed with the volume of work. A big thank you to everyone.
