What I liked
I have been attending regular appointments in various areas of the hospital over the past 3months and have found exceptional care provided. I feel like im being treated like an individual with needs. Everything is clearly and sensitively put to patients and everything is done to go the extra mile.
What could be improved
more nurses to take blood at peak times.
Anything else?
