"Friendly and efficient"

I have to visit Rheumatology as an outpatient twice a year. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly and seem happy in their work. This gives patients a lot of confidence and comfort. On my latest visit I had to have a blood test and this was done efficiently and comfortably, again with such nice staff. Having visited several regional hospitals in recent years either for my own treatment or accompanying my wife I have nothing but praise for Retford Hospital and staff at all levels.
