"Treated in resus, majors and clinical decisions"

My partner was brought to your hospital yesterday following chest pain. Your staff in resus, despite being busy gave him the highest standard of care. His nurse was the happiest nurse I've ever met. Obviously very skilled at their job and succeeded in keeping us both calm. And his Doctor, was a God send. Everybody kept us updated regularly and my partner was asked if he agreed with the plan of action for his treatment at every step. The staff in majors were extremely busy but my partner was treated promptly. As per the agreed plan, my partner was also moved to clinical decisions. The doctor ensured they kept my partner updated and the nurses went out of their way to make my partner comfortable. My partner was discharged promptly once all tests came back clear.

We were forced to endure a very angry lady shouting at your staff and treating them in a terrible way but your staff remained calm and continued treating the lady with the respect she refused to show them.

So please could you thank every member of staff who treated my partner on the 7th February. They were all absolutely amazing and we appreciated all of their help.
