In January 2016 my mother was admitted to Willesden Green Health and Care Centre. The nurses, ward staff, and other clinical staff were exceptional. I particularly have to commend the work of the discharge coordinator and the multidisciplinary team that reviewed all aspects of my mothers care. How lucky are we to have such a dedicated workforce working for the NHS.
