"Brilliantly reassured"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my 12 year old to the doc yesterday with a pain in his ankle and she sent us to A&E.

The thought filled me with dread.

We turned up and were triaged within 15 minutes of getting there.

45 minutes later we were seen by Nurse Practitioner Emma. She was lovely. Despite the ever growing waiting room she made my son feel like the only patient there.

Emma reassured us that we had done the right thing by going and was very attentive.

We were in, out and treated brilliantly in 90 minutes.

Thanks to all.

What could be improved?  Something for older children in the waiting room.
