"They made me feel at ease"

About: Nottinghamshire County Teaching PCT / Keyworth surgical dermatology service

(as the patient),

Although my husband had already two of these minor operations done I still did not know what to expect. But from entering the room until it was over the Doctor and nurse could not have been nicer, they made me feel at ease, and were talking to me throughout so I didn't even think about what was happening. I think the worst part of it is waiting for results, but these were not long in coming, and both of my biopsies were negative. Would recommend anyone in doubt about a spot or anything, have it looked at.
