"Diabtic Retinopathy Screening"

I was told off for booking to have this done at the Polyclinic rather than in Burgess Hill where I live.

The letter quite clearly says you can go wherever you like! The member of staff told me I had displaced someone local who now couldn't be seen at the clinic!

Well that also means i've freed up a space elsewhere!

Hardly putting a patient at their ease!
