"Inaccessible"

Called on Friday told couldn't make an appointment for next week and had to ring back 08.45 Monday.

Called at 08.45 Monday and on hold for fifteen minutes and eventually just one person in the queue ahead.

The system then told me it was too busy and I would need to call back later before cutting me off!

What encouragement is that to use the service? I can't comment on any of the above questions because I could not even access the service.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you experienced difficulties when trying to make an appointment.

The service underwent a software upgrade to the electronic booking service over the weekend. There were a few technical problems first thing on Monday 8 February which resulted in a delay with answering calls through the 0330 300 30 30 service.

We hope that you have now been able to make an appointment.
