"Car parking is a joke"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

It took 20 mins today to locate a car parking space it appeared that one of the car parks was closed v2.

Cars were backed up blocking entrances. The situation has not improved over the last 18 months despite promises that you were doing something about the situation.
