"Very professional and friendly staff l felt..."

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

I was treated by the team at the Eye hospital at BRI just before end 2015 and with an ongoing condition will be going again in March 2016. I experienced a bit of a wait couple of hours and was in a bad way, however after letting the staff know about my discomforts I was re assured and got prompt medical attention.

We live in a very rushed society today and patience is very challenging for some.

Its not always possible to detect a persons level of suffering by a visual observations.

So if you speak to the amazing staff here you will be looked after as I was.

My experience here taught me patience because on other occasions I have waited in emergency rooms I have been very inpatient, but not actually been in that much discomfort.

Remember its you that needs help along with others so try and understand the difficult situations that have to be dealt with, be a patient patient and before you know it you will be fit and well. Thankyou so much to the Specialists and Staff and I am looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Neil, thank you so much for your very kind comments. I particularly like the words ‘be a patient patient.’ I will share your comments with the team, they appreciate all feedback. Thank you.
