What I liked

A lovely new building and once you found your way around the alphabet signage the clinics were lovely but why oh why have a lovely reception un mannedI cant believe that no one on to meet and greet and direct patients this was left to the poor cleaner who was being asked continually where people should go. beyond belief that a tatty note be left appologizing for no reception I think this should be the most important desk in the whole hospital as first impressions matter. Come on five suited men looking around admiring their hospital and no first image only staff hidden behind doors.please sort it.
