"Winter pressures could be seen ..."

What I liked

Winter pressures could be seen but staff and premises were outstanding with constant cleaning to a high standard from entering the hospital to being greeted with a happy smile at the reception and excellent directions to the department. At the Ultrasound department for the scan the staff were attentive and made the whole treatment relaxed and fast, with no delays or issues and even though they were busy staff made sure patients were kept informed of any delays and when they were too be seen and constantly checked and kept at ease.

What could be improved

Nothing could be improved as no issues

Staff were wonderful and even though most people complain it would be nice to comment on such a good service and staff at the Royal Blackburn Hospital
