I was referred as an urgent case and I received a phone call from the dept quickly and I was seen within a couple of weeks. Both doctors I have seen at the clinic have been very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns about my condition. You are given ample time in appointment slots not to feel rushed or pressurised. Follow up appointment for treatment was for the following month. Have just been for my treatment and was treated with respect and dignity. The receptionist in the clinic was also kind and friendly and very helpful. It is so nice to be able to go to an NHS facility where it is not overcrowded and you get seen on time, without any problems parking or having to pay. Well done BMATS and Bracknell Healthspace.
