"The way my father was looked after ..."

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The way my father was looked after in his short stay with terminal lung cancer, the way all staff treated my father with great dignity. Also, I suffered a heart attack straight after his passing, the care and treatment was first class. I was informed at all times about what had happened to me, about the medicines I was being given and what they do through to the angioplasty operation I had and what it involved. I have nothing but total admiration for all staff on Clarke Ward, not only for myself but, on behalf of my father, many thanks.

What could be improved

The parking problem and why do out-patients have to pay for parking?
