Nurse's were friendly.
What could be improved
Th Consultant/Doctor interaction should be improved massively. I know they are busy but they seem only interested in getting the minimal information from you to do their job without listening to your concerns and questions and dont answer them, so you (as the patient) are left with your unanswered questions and concerns.
