"Thanks to all for my recent treatment"

I wish to express my appreciation to the staff for the care and treatment I received from the Cardiology department at Stepping Hill.

In particular, I would like to thank Dave the Clinician for spotting the irregularities on my echocardiogram, promptly acting on the information and forestalling any potential problem. I would also like to thank Charmaine (? ) the young doctor, Dr. Scott and the theatre staff, as well as Rachel, Lauren and Alex in the Cardiac Catheterisation Recovery Suite. Thanks also to Dr. Viswesvaraiah for referring me.

The treatment and care I received was second to none and could not have been bettered at any hospital here or abroad. We are fortunate in this country to have the NHS and staff such as the above to serve in it.
