"Feel better and less anxious"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

It is a relief to attend the appointment with counsellor from six degrees and feel that I will be able to be helped to feel better and less anxious and more able to cope. The r was professional and explained matters clearly. It is helpful that the GP is able to refer to this service that should be able to meet my needs and is easily accessible at the GP practice
