"Well done A&E 10/10"

Having visited A&E on many occasions with my elderly mum I have never been total pleased with the care we received. I'm always the first to complain but on this occasion all I can say is well done, from the ambulance staff to the doctors and nurses my mums care was excellent, we had a little waiting but never felt we were forgotten about. Thank you
