I have twice had to rush down to Liverpool in the last year for both parents who became acutely ill. On both occasions I am extremely grateful not just for the skills of the treating teams but also their humanity and care....
THe NHS is under pressure, especially Emergency services and I am grateful to those working in A&E for maintaining the human touch under such pressure - the NHS at it's best!
