Cannot fault the medical care but could there be a fixed ceiling of charges for out patients We arrived at11.30 for appointment at 12 pm and left at 6.45pm Try explaining cost to an elderly frail pensioner!

It is great to hear that the care you have experienced in our hospitals is of a high standard. Unfortunately, we have to charge for car parking to discourage non-hospital visitors from using our car parks, however, I will pass on your feedback regarding a fixed ceiling charge for Outpatients to our Facilities team for consideration.
