"Wonderful"

On arrival at Glen field Ward 33 from Grimsby we felt so anxious.

Our 17 yr old son was having an emergency heart ablation.

As parents we were petrified we were welcomed onto the Ward awaiting the arrival of our son by ambulance.

Thank staff made us a drink and words of comfort.

Instantly I felt calmer I knew he was in safe hands. A nurse and a member of staff were the kindest most compassionate people

I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

They made sure my son was comfy happy and safe mixing humour with care. The consultant did the ablation they were amazing could not of been in better hands. The consultant's bedside manner and approach made Zak feel safe, they did a fabulous job which to their own omission was difficult. I will be forever in the consultant's debt, thank you.

I am telling everyone how wonderful the hospital was. Thank you from the bottom of my heart thank god for our NHS xxx
