"Complain, it does no good !"

About: University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust

I left a negative review on 8th November 2015 regarding my daughters treatment by the ENT Department at the LRI.

I received a reply on 10th November 2015 asking me to forward certain details to the General Manager at Leicester Hospitals for investigation and I did this on 13th November 2015. Nothing heard since, not even an acknowledgement. I emailed the same person again on 20th November 2015, another week on and nothing.

The powers that be in Leicester Hospitals look to make all the right noises but that's all it seems. Who do we really have to complain to if anything is to be put right ?
