I went in for a life improving operation, so I'm eternally grateful I could have this improvement in quality of life (was getting recurrent infections, so had a kidney removed). The surgeons, nurses, doctors were all fantastic. The nurses especially since it was obvious how short staffed they were. Got annoyed with other patrons criticising the smallest things, but appreciate a hospital is a different experience when you're not sure if you're going to get better. Overjoyed and forever in debt to the people who helped me.
"So grateful for care and expertise"
