"A & E treatment"

On Friday 6 Feb I attended the A & E department. During my visit I was seen by a triage within 15 mins. I was seen by a doctor within the next hour. An xray was done and results produced over the next hour. A fracture clinic nurse saw me within half an hour of the xray results. An oral specialist then administered my facial stitches. In the last half hour my prescription was processed and dispensed. Overall I was there for nearly 5 hours but given the number of practitioners I had to see this represents an excellent service. The staff who dealt with me were wonderful. This is the first time I've used the A&E service in nearly 10 years and the service was brilliant. Thank you very much.
