Dear reviewer

We’re sorry to hear of your experience – we’d be happy to investigate further and hopefully prevent this sort of thing happening again.

If you would like us to do that please email please email communications@uhl-tr.nhs.uk outlining your concerns, with your name, date of birth, address and the name of your wife’s consultant - if you know it.

Again, we’re sorry that you had such disappointing visit.

We wish you and your wife well in her recovery.

Sincerely

Communications Team
