"x ray girls- have a look at yourself please"

Sorry but have not finished. Whilst I can almost forgive (almost) my treatment explained in previous review (busy people and all that) this one has really annoyed me and I would appreciate if the two discussed below could have some further training or I fear for their safety.

The day after my op I went for my x-ray. I was taken down by a porter and left on my own in a corridor for 20 minutes for my safety apparently? Then I went into have my x ray done by girls. I got myself on out of the chair onto the bed which is fine but it was quite obvious how much pain this caused me (or you would think be). The girls then unstrapped my leg brace and yanked it from under me. I can't explain how painful this was but they thought it was hilarious. They asked me how I old I was and when I replied that I was 34 they said I was the right age to whimper (??). One then went on to say that they would like to watch me have a baby (strange fetish). I didn't find this funny the first time they said it and definitely not the 3rd time but they were having a great time! They did my x ray and told me I had a beautiful knee and then replaced my brace with equal care to that in which it was removed, I got myself back in the chair. The wheel chair has a footplate that can be raised so that the leg sticks out horizontally. I explained that I didn't want that as my leg was massively swollen above my knee. That didn't matter to them. What followed was a minute or so of them yanking the footplate to try to get the plate out as if they were trying to release a shopping trolley without putting a coin in. They continually bashed my operated leg and knee but I don't think they noticed due to how funny it was for them. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the lady who then intervened and asked the girls what on earth they were doing as I was struggling to keep my increasingly clenched fist from moving towards one of their heads. They'd sussed it by this point and I was then moved to wait on my own in a corridor for a further 10 minutes before being taken back to the ward where thankfully I was given liquid pain relief. The previously mentioned physio saw my distress and spent some time talking to me. He admitted that the x ray girls were basically rubbish.

I would like these girls to consider how they would feel if I submitted them or a member of their family to such pain and continually made fun of them. How would you react? Would you write a review after? I am sure you are great at your job, pressing a button to take a picture must take real skill. You are a disgrace. The tag line to this website is 'Caring at its best', if these girls are the best my national insurance contributions can buy then the tag line needs reconsidering. How about 'taking the piss whilst your in distress' ?
