"follow up from 26 Jan review...still no..."

About: Conquest Hospital

The next phase was a MRI scan prompted by the colonoscopy.

Pretty quick only 10 days after colonscopy.

Wouldn't want to have one for fun but started on time......minor whinge...earphones broken.

Next very impressive rapid step an appointment with consultant 5 days later.

also on time....well presented clear information on diagnosis (pretty good news) & on next steps.

The reason for not giving 5 stars all through is the lack of clarity (within limits) of when and what next steps will be....so an element of worry arose. Not unsympathetic; understand the constraints in a complex system but if you were able to say the hospital will contact within 3 weeks ie underpromise and then overperform as magnificently as you have done, it would have been a full 5 star impressiveexperience.
