"Bad followed by good service after complaining."

About: Leighton Hospital

Received service as bad as it gets last year but after complaining, this time round Leighton shone with no complaints. Staff in MRI looking after a phobic patient were in fact excellent.

What an awful shame a patient had to suffer the stress he did last year and again earlier this year before things could be put right because of lazy staff.
