"Best hospital I have been to"

I was in for a minor operation in the surgical unit being cared for by three nurses. I have had a lot of experiences in different hospitals including priveate ones due to other medical conditions and I can honestly say I have never felt as cared for then I did here they all had time for you for a chat and to listen to any concerns they helped make you feel relaxed and didn't seem to rush you at all there was a warm and friendly welcome by a very bubbly member of staff which was a welcome change to other facilities all in all it was a very pleasant experience (excluding actually having to have a op) everyone was fantastic from admission to everyone on the surgical team and especially the ward staff
