"Good service ... Once past the receptionist"

About: Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

I visited Wexham Park with my daughter & St Marks in Maidenhead this week, I have to say the service we received was very professional, quick and thorough from the consultants & nurses. My only comment for both hospitals is it would be nice to see a smiling, caring receptionist who actually looks you in the eye and looks like they are not being interrupted by you!

Thank you to those who treated my daughter, we appreciate your kindness and good service.

I am sorry to hear that the receptionists were not welcoming. I would be grateful if you could email me the days and clinics that your daughter attended so that the Head of Nursing can feed this back to the team from that day?
