I had a appointment today between the hours of 8am and4pm,I wish to bring to your attention how fantastic the member of staff I was under was.

They made me feel so relaxed,so helpful and caring and I could not have got any

Better care than what I received today.

Thank you and Russell's Hall Hospital for a wonderful experience today and please pass on my thanks to this member of staff.
