Had to have two thyroid operations one in December last and the other January 2016. From meeting the Consultant who diagnosed what my problem was, the staff in the Elective Car Unit who were friendly, professional,but also showed they cared was brilliant,that first experience meeting them will remain with me for a long time.
My two overnight stays in ward 28 after I had had my operations were again met with staff who were professional, friendly nothing was to much trouble.
WEll done to the Consultant,their Registrar and the staff who looked after me.
(These are the people who should be paid what some professional footballers are paid)
