About: University Hospital Lewisham

I have had to visit the Orthopaedic department on three occasions for a shoulder problem. At each visit I was seen on time and given appropriate treatment, including an unscheduled Xray.. All of the staff are friendly and are aware of what is happening in the department.

My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get them on the phone.

Thank you for your positive comments regarding the Orthopaedic department, which I have shared with the staff. Regarding your problems contacting the department by telephone, we are sorry you experienced delays. The department is currently under staffed and this is expected to be resolved in March.
