"Pain Clinic - Trinity Day Ward"

I visited the Trinity Day Ward for an epidural procedure in Feb and I cannot praise the service highly enough. From being admitted to being discharged all the Health professionals were courteous, kind and efficient. It is not the most pleasant of procedures and they all did their best in their respective a fields to make it go as smoothly and painlessly as possible.

I'd like to make special mention of a particular student nurse- their enthusiasm, caring approach and competence was excellent and the surgeon and their surgical team were first rate.

I applaud the same-sex accommodation - no offence, but for me, when I'm wearing a backless hospital gown women only really helps.

Hopefully, this procedure will help with what has been years of chronic sciatic pain. Thank you to all involved, as a fellow public sector worker I feel a strong support for those battling away in the NHS.
