"Staff not supporting - consultant don't care..."

I'm arrived in th hospital troughs urgent care. Everything was fine and the emergency department have very clever and helpful people that deal really quickly and professionally about my case. Then I have been transferred to oncology departments as there were no bed available in medicin. I was suppose to do some simple test as blood test and be released at the end of the day. Nobody come till 3pm and when they come just tell me the number of test that o have to do but no one test was done by the end of the day. As I have a private insurance I asked them to be trasfer but there were too busy to deal ask with the transfer. All nursery didn't help a tool and I had to go myself to the private unit to arrange the trasfer. I spent 2 days in a hospital receiving no treatment at all also no pressure test. That is crazy!
