"Disgusting no one is accountable it's always..."

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

My relative has been kept in hospital longer than needed delays with treatment over Christmas and New Year well Dr need a break what about the patient. I had to do health care assistants jobs even thought patient was on special care with one sitting there all the time. Too lazy to put cream on legs, oh it's ok for patient to wait for toilet I am just having a chat. Hearing aids lost but patient in side room with one to one care. Procedures put in place to stop it happening again. Week later some thing happens is this a joke! Addenbrookes never owns up to mistakes this hospital has put me through hell for a year.

If I had know that the hospital stay was going to be 8 weeks I would have asked they were moved to another one if it had been up to me I would not have let them go there no respect for older people. It is not just me saying this lots of people say the same thing.
