"no communication, fax machine broken imaging dept"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

My GP sent fax request to imaging department, asked me to call them next Morning, I've been doing so for last 3 days, still not received, even after I asked GP to fax again to them.

Today, one of staff told me that imaging department fax machine may be broken, because a few patients had the same issue in last few days.

every time phone call to GP has to wait on average 30inutes, and calling to image department take on average 20 minutes.

This is a concern that no one is really bothering, except patient himself ( herself ).
