Excellent care, treated with respect and dignity at all times.

Only concern was 24 hour + delay for take home medication possibly due to being weekend discharge home.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It was extremely pleasing to hear of the high standard of care you received and to learn that you were treated with dignity and respect throughout your stay. Whilst we were disappointed to hear that your discharge was delayed because you had to wait for your medication, we would offer our assurances that, as a Trust we are working to improve the discharge process and to ensure that patients' discharges are not delayed because of such matters.
